I'm Stephany Castañeda Vellve, a licensed nutritionist (Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexican professional license 14573870). I see patients in English and Spanish at my office in Las Aralias II, Puerto Vallarta, or online. No impossible diets: a plan built around what you already eat and enjoy.

- Online consultations must be paid in full at least 30 minutes before they start. Otherwise, your consultation will be cancelled.
- In-office bioimpedance is only available in person. Online, you need a scale and a measuring tape.

How much does a nutritionist cost in Puerto Vallarta?
With Stephany, the first consultation is $600 MXN in person or $550 MXN online and lasts 60 minutes. Follow-ups are $450 MXN in person or $400 MXN online. You book the first one with a $150 MXN deposit, deducted from the total.
Does Stephany speak English?
Yes. Consultations are in English or Spanish, in person in Puerto Vallarta or online.
Is she a dietitian?
She is a licensed nutritionist in Mexico (Licenciatura en Nutrición, Universidad de Guadalajara, professional license 14573870). In Mexico the profession is called "nutrióloga". She is not a US registered dietitian (RD).
Where is the office and what are the hours?
Pelícano 142, Las Aralias II, 48328 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Monday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm · Saturday 9 am to 2 pm · Sunday closed. The office is shared, so the day and time are confirmed when you book.
Can I have an online consultation?
Yes, by video call from anywhere in Mexico, and it costs less than in person. You need a scale and a measuring tape. In-office bioimpedance is only available in person.
Do you help with PCOS, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism or type 2 diabetes?
Yes, when the condition has already been diagnosed by your doctor. Nutrition support goes alongside your medical treatment, never instead of it.
